I am unable to get the Mesaging tab
You need to bootstrap the preview configuration:https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS7/Getting+Started+Guide#GettingStartedGuide-StartingJBossApplicationServer7withanAlternateConfigurationThe default config does not include the messaging subsystem.
